Goal
You are a successful manager, director, business owner, HR or other professional, and you know your organisation and your profession. You have used your knowledge and many tools and resources, but still there is something in your organisation, in your team or between you and others (for example: your shareholders, customers or your boss) that is bothering you. In our open workshop Team & Organisation Streams or in an in-company constellation you can get more insight in the often hidden reasons and dynamics, why things are not going as you desire, so that the energy can better flow in yourself, your team and organisation and therefore vitality and sustainable performance can (further) improve.
Organisational Constellations can also give helpful information about different scenario’s or possibilities that can be tested, before important decisions have to be made.
Approach Organisational Constellations
We use different forms of constellations. A constellation is a powerful diagnostic, change or design instrument, that gives insight in the underlying dynamics of your team or organisation in an effective and efficient way. Sometimes this happens in an unexpected and ‘simple’ way. With the new insights that you gain, you can make a better decision and take responsibility for as well your personal leadership as for the whole system. Organisational constellations can be used as diagnosis, change or design instrument.
As design instrument different (strategic, brands or other) scenario’s or options can be tested, which gives valuable input before important decisions need to be taken.
Since November 2014 Marina Wielders of MA-RE en Bert-Jan ter Hofte of the Thrive have given this open workshop ‘Team & Organisation Streams’ in May and November.
Constellations are also given in-company.
