The story of MA-RE Marina C. Wielders MSc
My name is Marina C. Wielders – Executive and Life(style) Coach – Change & Transformation Expert – Master Organisational Constellations – Founder of the Self-Alignment™ method – Founder and Owner of MA-RE Professional Coaching & Constellations.
Earlier in my life within DSM: Leading co-founder of in that time the biggest J.V. of DSM in China – Leading co-creator of the Asia strategy for DSM Desotech – Leading co-founder of DSM Venturing – Leading co-founder of Diversity & Inclusion, started under the name of Diversity & Flexibility – Co-creator of Sustainability as business case in the CSD (Corporate Strategic Dialogue) 2005.
After that: Managing Director of a small Innovation company for the Maastricht University Medical Centre – Business Owner of MA-RE
So change, transformation and living my dreams are the constants in my career and life. I always strive for the best in myself and others and for innovation, that supports people, the earth and the business. First as manager (line and staff) and director and from 2011 as independent coach and trainer.
Since 1989, I travelled all over the world as well for business as private. From 2003 onwards, I also intensively travelled through my inner world. In 2005 I knew deep within, that I had to start my own company: inspiring leaders and their organisations to use their full ‘soul’ potential. I saw the name MA-RE and the logo clearly in front of me.
It was not until 2011, that I was that far and had the courage to resign from beautiful organisations. So I know what it can mean to really live your dream and follow your heart and soul. It is not only a bed of roses, but very worthwhile.
So I live my dreams and follow my passion. If you want, I can guide and inspire you to do it also.
